Storm accepts payments by: online payments - credit or debit card (website), venmo (@pivcstorm), cash or check. Michelle Doughty collects payments and handles all players accounts.
Option 1: $150 due upon commitment to club. Due no later than December 1st. Remaining balance is divided into two equal payments to be paid by Feb. 1st and March 1st. All fees must be paid in full by April 1st.
Option 2: $150 due upon commitment to club. Due no later than December 1st. Remaining balance is divided into 4 equal payments. Remaining 4 payments are paid January 1st, February 1st, March 1st and April 1st. All fees must be paid in full by April 1st.
Option 3: Plan related to the financial situation of the family. Initial payment of $150 must be made by December 1st and all fees must be paid by April 1st. Must be pre-approved by Shawn Weaver.
Tournament entry and travel fees are separate from club dues and will be due the Monday before the scheduled tournament weekend. Some entry fees (ex. Big South) will be due prior to the tournament weekend.
Fees not paid by April 1st will be turned over to a collection agency.
Statements will be mailed monthly. Email Michelle Doughty at michelledoughty@pivc.org if you do not receive a statement.
•Each player can obtain sponsorship monies to cover their costs. Minimum amount is $200.00, $150 will go to player and $50.00 goes towards website and t-shirt ad. Any amount above this will go all to player, minus $50 for website and t-shirt ad.
•Individual teams can also do fundraising. (Boston Butt Sale, Raffles, etc.)
