Club Fee Structure

Program Ages Practice Travel Includes
Grassroots 6-10 1 time per week Local play days and one in Biloxi All Fees for practices, tournaments, and 1 jersey are included. $325
Sub Regional 10-12 2 times per week Local play days and one in Biloxi *Base fees include gym rentals, coaches salaries, two tournament entry fees, insurance, etc. Additional tournament fees, travel fees, and jerseys are not included. $525
Training Teams 13-16 2 times per week Local play days and one travel *Base fees include gym rentals, coaches salaries, two tournament entry fees, insurance, etc. Additional tournament fees, travel fees, and jerseys are not included. $625
Regional 12-16 2 times per week Local play days and one in Biloxi *Base fees include gym rentals, coaches salaries, two tournament entry fees, insurance, etc. Additional tournament fees, travel fees, and jerseys are not included. $695
Power 13-18 2 times per week Local play dates and two or more over night tournaments *Base fees include gym rentals, coaches salaries, two tournament entry fees, insurance, etc. Additional tournament fees, travel fees, and jerseys are not included. $895
Elite 13-18 2 or more times per week Local play dates and 4 or more over night tournaments. *Base fees include gym rentals, coaches salaries, two tournament entry fees, insurance, etc. Additional tournament fees, travel fees, and jerseys are not included. $995
National 15-18 2 or more times per week Local play dates and 4 or more over night tournaments. A qualifier and AAU Nationals are scheduled. *Base fees include gym rentals, coaches salaries, two tournament entry fees, insurance, etc. Additional tournament fees, travel fees, and jerseys are not included. $1250

Payment Plan

 

Option 1:    $200 due upon commitment to club. Due no later than December 1st.  Remaining balance is divided into two equal payments to be paid by Feb. 1st  and March 1st. All fees must be paid in full by April 1, 2023.

Option 2:    $200 due upon commitment to club. Due no later than December 1st.  Remaining balance is divided into 4 payments.  Remaining 4 payments  are paid January 1st, February 1st, March 1st and April 1st.  All fees must be paid in full by April 1, 2023.

Option 3:    Plan related to the financial situation of the family. Initial payment of $200 must be made by December 1st and all fees must be paid by April 1, 2023. Must be pre-approved by Shawn Weaver. 

Tournament entry and travel fees are separate from club dues and will be due the Monday before the scheduled tournament weekend.  Some entry fees (ex. Big South) will be due prior to the tournament weekend.

Sponsorship Program

 
Each player can obtain sponsorship monies to cover their costs. Minimum amount is $200.00, $150 will go to player and $50.00 goes towards website and t-shirt ad. Any amount above this will go all to player, minus $50 for website and t-shirt ad.
Fundraising ideas are always welcome. Will have a group of parents that will oversee fundraising opportunities for all club members.
Individual teams can also do fundraising. (Boston Butt Sale, Raffles, etc.)
